Check that both devices use the same sign-in account. Apple private relay email can differ from your regular email. Refresh your account and check the connection before trying again.

A purchase has not appeared

Keep the receipt or order reference and contact support. Include the purchase platform and approximate time. Do not purchase again solely to resolve a missing balance.

A reading did not finish

Keep the error code if one is shown. Reopen the existing session when available instead of immediately starting a new one. Support can investigate using your account and session time.

Website payment availability

Website checkout currently supports Vietnamese bank transfer. Other international web payment methods are not yet available. iPhone purchase options depend on App Store availability.
