Browser-based sample readings
Sample questions and results are processed in your browser and are not sent to a server by the sample-reading feature. When the website loads, the hosting provider may still receive connection information such as your IP address and page requests.
Your shared journal
Journal entries, context, plans, and reviews are stored in your account for use on the website and iPhone. You can edit, delete, or export entries. This content is not published publicly.
Your account
TRIONFI uses Supabase for sign-in and for storing profiles, reading credits, and history. Your profile may include your email, name, date of birth, birth time, and birthplace if you provide them. Questions, results, and card identifiers are stored when you use personal sessions. Some data is also kept in your browser to maintain your session and preferences.
Personal readings and payments
Your question, follow-up details, cards, and birth-related context may be sent through the server to OpenAI, an external language-processing provider, to produce an interpretation. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information. Credit purchases use order references and payment information for reconciliation. Payment QR codes may be loaded from VietQR.
External services
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts; the web app loads its sign-in library through a CDN. These requests are subject to the relevant providers' policies. The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure overall traffic. Journal content is not sent to analytics tools.
Managing data on your device
You can sign out and clear website data in your browser. This does not automatically delete data stored on the server. For help with account data, email soullegacyvn@gmail.com from your registered address. Avoid storing private questions on a shared computer.
