Service scope

TRIONFI provides tarot content for reflection and reference. It does not guarantee future events, another person's feelings, or the outcome of a decision.

Reference content and reading credits

The reference library is free to use. Personal reading sessions require sign-in and account credits. New accounts start with zero credits. Choose a credit pack before opening a personal session. A session can include up to three cards; a new question requires a new credit. Check the displayed credit quantity and price before confirming a purchase.

Buying credits on the website

Transfer money only using an order reference generated in the app. Keep the order reference and transaction details for reconciliation. Do not transfer again before checking the status of your previous transaction. For payment investigation or refund support, send your order reference to soullegacyvn@gmail.com. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.

Responsible use

Do not include another person's private data without their consent. Do not use the service to harass someone or as a substitute for professional assessment. You can stop a reading at any time.

Technical limitations

Connectivity, sign-in, readings, and payment reconciliation can be interrupted. If a result has not arrived, retry within the same session or contact support. No session guarantees that every interpretation is correct.
